Meet La Grande Dentist, Dr. Mark L. Harris

A Portland native, Dr. Harris attended the University of Oregon for his undergraduate studies. In 1993, he graduated from the Oregon Health Sciences University with his DMD. Following graduation, Dr. Harris moved home to La Grande and began as an associate to Dr. Lynn Harris. He opened his private practice in 2000 where he provides comprehensive general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, as well as sleep apnea therapy.

Dr. Harris is dedicated to bringing the best of modern dentistry to La Grande. To that end, he regularly exceeds the requirement for continued education courses, and he holds membership with several prestigious dental organizations. He’s one of only 7 percent of dentists nationwide to earn his Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, one of the most rigorous continuing dental education awards offered today.

Truly devoted to his craft, Dr. Harris loves creating new smiles for our patients, helping alleviate sleep apnea, and everything about general dentistry. He and his wife, Linda, have five children. When he has spare time, Dr. Harris enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with his family.
