Your First Visit
First things first, our friendly receptionist will greet you warmly and give you your new patient forms to fill out. To save time, download the forms below and bring them with you to your appointment. You’ll meet with Dr. Harris promptly for a one-on-one discussion about your goals and concerns. Your comprehensive exam will follow, and the rest will depend on your specific needs. In many cases, we can perform hygiene at this visit, and for cosmetic cases, we may take digital photographs.
Before you leave, Dr. Harris will explain his findings and give you options for treatment, financing, and scheduling. We look forward to meeting you and making your visit a pleasant and rewarding one!

Payment Information
We try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to payment arrangements. We accept most major insurance plans, and our financial coordinator will process your insurance claim for you. Your co-pay, deductible, or balance can be paid via cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard, and we work with CareCredit for patient financing.
CareCredit offers low- and no-interest payment plans, online applications, and immediate lines of credit. Apply today to see if you qualify for credit you can begin using toward your general, restorative, or cosmetic dental procedure.
Emergency Dental Care
We gladly accept new patients with dental emergencies and do our best to provide prompt, same-day service. Please call or come by our La Grande office to see if we can fit you in between our regularly scheduled patients.
